1,108.4 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Ballasted Roof Mounted System.  Workscope included preliminary design including Federal, State, Utility and Energy Trust of Oregon incentives, store roof solar incidence surveys, array sizing and Autocadd layouts, technical calculations, preliminary one-line electrical design drawings, and discussions with PGE and Pacific Power utilities for six store locations in Oregon.  Safeway Incorporated.

355.00 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof Mounted System, Finn Hill Middle School, Kirkland, WA for the Lake Washington School District #414.  GCS provided installation services for Arcadia Electric, prime electrical contractor.  The services included field education, standing seam roof mounting installation, and  NEC code compliant wiring for this second largest commercial school project in the State of Washington to date.

198.72 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof Mounted System, Odle Middle School, Bellevue, WA for the Bellevue School District.  GCS’s ongoing services provide design, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty, web monitoring, Owner training and preparation of an Operations & Maintenance manual.  The system uses state-of-the-art ballasted racking from Sunlink never before used in the City of Bellevue. The system meets all Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes.

The system meets all Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes.

99.4 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof Mounted System, Sammamish High School, Bellevue, WA for the Bellevue School District.  GCS’s ongoing services provide design, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty, web monitoring, Owner training and preparation of an Operations & Maintenance manual.  The system uses another state-of-the-art ballasted racking from Sunlink never before used in the City of Bellevue. We provided extensive wind and seismic dynamic modeling to confirm reactions  to meet  City structural engineer’s approval.  In additions, the system meets all Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes.

99.8 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof Mounted System, Cherry Crest Elementary School, Bellevue, WA for the Bellevue School District.  GCS provided design, installation, testing, commissioning, web monitoring, warranty, Owner training and preparation of an Operations & Maintenance manual.  The system is the first approved ballasted system in the City of Bellevue. We provided extensive wind and seismic dynamic modeling to confirm reactions  to meet  City structural engineer’s approval.  In additions, the system meets all Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes.

80.0 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof Mounted and Structural Awning System, Lower Columbia College, Longview, WA.  GCS design, installation, testing, commissioning, web monitoring, warranty Owner training and preparation of an Operations & Maintenance manual for a standing seam metal roof and two structural awnings.  The system utilizes high tech Lumos modules requiring structural steel joist construction by GCS to ¼” tolerance.  In addition the system uses 11 SMA America inverter with web monitoring for energy analysis/student learning.  The system meets Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes.

Vernon, WA.  GCS provided design, installation, testing, web monitoring, commissioning, warranty, Owner training and preparation of an Operations & Maintenance manual for a structural single tilt system from Unirac.  The system required special steel beam supports and welding attachments to roof decking.  The system meets Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes.

9.6 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof Mounted Tilted Single Array System, Columbia Boulevard Wastewater Treatment Plant, City of Portland, Oregon.  GCS provided design, installation, testing, web monitoring, commissioning, warranty, Owner training and preparation of an Operations & Maintenance manual for a custom structural single tilt system.  The system required special aluminum welding attachments to roof decking.  The system meets Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC codes. 8.6 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof System, Pole Mount Tracker System and Wind Turbine,  SAMS CLUB, Stephenville, TX for Sam’s Club ECO House Makeover Contest at a local residence.  Services included design, installation, testing, startup, training and Operations & Maintenance manual.  First permitted commercial solar PV/wind energy system in City.  Completed in 2 weeks.

4.2 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Roof System,  Interlake High School, Bellevue, WA for the Bellevue School District #405.  Services included design, installation, testing, startup, training and Operations & Maintenance manual.  First permitted commercial solar PV system in City with population of 120,000.  Completed  in 7 days.  Reference:  Kyle McLeod.

2.0 kW DC Solar Photovoltaic Wall Mounted System, Snoqualmie Ice Cream Factory, Maltby, WA for the Bonneville Environmental Foundation. Services included design, installation, testing, startup, training and Operations & Maintenance manual.  Design required structural engineering of two 32 foot long steel support beams.  The system met all Utility, City, State, IBC and NEC code requirements.
